Things feel chaotic? Is your life different than you wanted? There is hope!

Manage DISTRESS, DIFFICULT EMOTIONS and RELATIONSHIPS more skillfully. Grow in SELF-COMPASSION and SELF-ADVOCACY.

  • Are you tired, overwhelmed, restless and uneasy most of the time on most days?
  • Do you find yourself feeling guilty or regret the ways that you have managed your emotions, stress and relationships much of the time?
  • Do you find yourself desperately wanting things to be different for you?

Calming the Chaos Skills Class Is for individuals 18 years old and older. Interested individuals will participate in a 30 minute consultation prior to engagement in the class.

Classes meet for 75 minutes once/week for 6 months

Class members learn 26 skills to learn mindfulness, how to manage distress, how to regulate emotions, and how to be more effective in relationships. Additionally class members will engage in and practice self-compassion, self-advocacy and assertiveness.

Classes currently meet on Wednesday at 2pm and 5:30pm with a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 10 members.

Additional times will be added as needed and there is availability.
