I am a graduate of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary (Cornerstone University) where I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hope College. I am a licensed professional counselor and an Othmer Method trained neurofeedback clinician.
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity, self-management, and spiritual concerns.
In my free time, I can be found going on family adventures with my husband, two daughters, and miniature poodle. My favorite place to camp and kayak is on the Platte River in Empire Michigan. I also love reading fantasy fiction novels from authors like Josephine Angelini and Sarah Maas.
