Lara Schaible is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She has more than 10 years of experience working with adolescents, families and adults as a youth worker prior to attaining her Masters in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia in 2010. Since 2010 she has worked specifically as a mental health counselor. Lara has worked with clients facing a variety of mental health issues some including:

She utilizes cognitive behavioral, solution focused based, narrative, skills based and existential interventions in collaboration with the individual and as appropriate for the individual’s needs.
Lara believes that every individual has a life worth living. She believes that through a process of decision and discovery an individual can make a difference in their own life and those around them.
Lara is currently running a psycho-educational skills class that assists people in getting the life they want as they learn skills to manage emotions, relationships with other and their behaviors in a way that builds self-compassion, self-respect and self-advocacy. Learn More....
